Welcome to Barking Buddies Behavioural Management and Dog Walking Service. At Barking Buddies our focus is on the bond between dog and owner. We are here to enhance that bond through our expert knowledge of canine behaviour in Co. Louth.

Barking Buddies is a fully insured business, where the safety and welfare of your dog is paramount. Barking Buddies is owned and run by Caroline Hill a graduate of The Queen’s University of Belfast. Her qualifications include a BSc in Psychology and a Post graduate Diploma in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Understanding why your dog behaves in a particular way and how a dog learns is important in training and managing a dog. Caroline’s experience working with dogs expands over several years of practical hands on work.

Exercise is very much overlooked in today’s hectic society and a lack of exercise can be a contributing factor to many of the common behavioural problems we see. Why not let Barking Buddies take care of your dogs’ needs while you are at work, convalescing or enjoying a little personal time.

Our Behavioural Management service is here to help give clients the tools necessary to overcome difficult and problematic behaviour in their dog/s through the use of reward based training methods. Many problem behaviours can be alleviated through a better understanding of the underlying causes and the implementation of a training programme. Barking Buddies can offer assistance and advice to allow for a more peaceful existence and an enhanced special bond between owner and dog.
